The Human Lab Practice

Notice autopilot. Regulate. Reclaim choice.

01

Autopilot is real

Most of us run patterns we didn't choose — people-pleasing, withdrawing, performing, controlling. These patterns made sense once. But when they run unchecked, we lose choice. We stop responding and start reacting.

02

The goal: alignment

This isn't about being "better" or "fixed." It's about noticing when you're on autopilot and reclaiming the ability to choose your response — in real time, with real people. Alignment between what you feel, what you think, and what you actually do.

03

The method: small experiments

Each session is a structured container of short, repeatable experiments. You'll practice things like setting a boundary, making a request, saying what's true for you, or simply noticing what's happening in your body when someone says something surprising. Nothing is forced. Everything is by choice.

04

Who it's for

Anyone who's curious about how they show up in relationships and wants to practice doing it differently. You don't need to be "in crisis" or have any specific background. Just a willingness to pay attention and try something new.
